LHH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to hire an Administrative Assistant for a large company based in Portland, OR. The beginning of this role will focus on project coordination for a software implementation. Once that project is complete, this role will support the Executive Assistant and Owner of the company directly. This is a unique role to help manage administrative tasks along with the new CRM system. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of administrative experience from a professional setting who are ready to get to work immediately!

Position Details:



  • Duration: Contract to hire


  • Pay: $25-$30 per hour


  • Location: Onsite in Portland, OR


  • Hours: M-F, full time, standard business hours



Responsibilities:



  • Assist with the implementation of a new CRM system


  • Migrate and manage data


  • Assist with training employees on the new system


  • Directly support the President and Executive Assistant with administrative tasks


  • Coordination of meetings and taking meeting minutes


  • Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and cars and managing travel itineraries


  • Communication correspondence from the President to employees



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting


  • Project coordination or management experience is a big plus, especially for software implementations


  • Ability to communicate with and help train staff. Great communication, both verbal and written


  • Detail oriented and strong organization


  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 PER HOUR
