LHH is currently seeking a Purchasing Specialist for our client in Mesa, AZ.

This is a great Contract-to-Hire opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge in purchasing and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of purchasing experience, excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams. We love to look at experienced individuals with any type of vendor management and logistical coordination backgrounds!

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships and communication with vendors

Create, process and manage purchase orders to meet sales demand

Maintain orders and inventory

Work collaboratively with all departments to optimize ISO processes

Integrate cross-functional projects with other departments

Create invoices and assist with billing

Request PO information and provide updates

Expedite certan materials and purchases when necessary

Organize moving items within a spreadsheet

Requirements:

Highschool diploma or GED

1 - 2 years of Purchasing experience

Adept communication skills; both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving skills

Work collaboratively with the team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

40 hours a week

Once convert to a perm employee TONS of OVERTIME!!!

PAY: $22- $27/hr
