Austin, TexasLHH is working with a client in the healthcare industry, located in Austin, Texas, on their search for a Payroll/HR Specialist. This is a permanent opportunity with great benefits! Pay range: $25-$30/hour Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees and ensure the overall accuracy of employee data.
Schedule, prepare, open, balance, audit, close, and finalize all payroll cycles in a team environment.
Preps and imports pay data files into the payroll system.
Process and peer audit employee payroll data, payments, and hours.
Qualifications:
QuickBooks experience preferred
Payroll experience required
Exposure to accounting would be a great plus
