Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company on the Phoenix/Tempe border. This company is in search of a front desk receptionist to join their team. This position is starting off as contract, but has the potential to move into permanent employment. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Hourly rate is between $21/hr-$23/hr.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including conference room bookings.
  • Provide general support to the office team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
