James Peck leads LHH Recruitment Solutions in Switzerland, fostering the ecosystem between LHH Career Transition, Mobility, Leadership Development, EZRA, and other Adecco Group GBUs. He oversees activities at three of our offices – Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich - and works to drive forward our vision of becoming the leading talent solutions consultant, every day.
James joined The Adecco Group in 2016 as Director of Corporate Practice at Badenoch+Clark (now LHH) in Geneva and four years later was appointed Senior Director Western Switzerland. In April 2022, he was appointed Vice President Badenoch+Clark Switzerland, initiating the change towards the new LHH ecosystem. Highly experience in recruitment, prior to joining LHH James spent time working at both Michael Page and Morgan Phillips.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree from EHL and currently operates from Switzerland.
