Laura Schroeder began her career at The Adecco Group in 2005, in a sales role for the temporary staffing business. Her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her into a number of key roles within the company. She has led US staffing strategy, managed the accounting and finance staffing business across North America, and overseen interim management operations in the US. Laura has also been instrumental in driving tech and digital innovation while leading global product development for the recruitment business.
Currently, as Global Chief of Staff at LHH, Laura manages the office of the Global President and handles complex strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with LHH’s vision. Laura is deeply focused on business results, consistently steering projects to achieve measurable outcomes and drive the company’s growth.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. Residing in Idaho with her family, Laura balances her professional responsibilities with a passion for traveling and exploring the outdoors.
