Laurie Chamberlin is the President of LHH North America, overseeing the US Recruitment Solutions business unit, Career Transition and Mobility, Leadership Development, and LHH Knightsbridge. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Adecco Group US Foundation and the National Diversity Council, and is a member of Moms First and the Forbes HR Council.

Aurelie Feld is the Country President for France and Luxembourg. She is a committed and passionate people leader who strongly believes in the growth power of transitions and transformations.

Pending (half of bio for now): A native of Italy, Daniele Grassi is President and Chief Executive Officer of General Assembly, a pioneer in tech training and talent and part of the LHH. Previously, he was Chief Business Officer at Ironhack, an international Tech bootcamp, and he served as Chief Operating Officer at Wiley Edge, a global leader in Hire-Train-Deploy.

John Morgan serves as President of Career Transition & Mobility and Leadership Development & Coaching at LHH. Previously he spent 3 years as LHH’s global Chief Operating Officer, growing revenue to all-time highs. Education includes a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology, and Executive MBAs and Leadership certificates from France’s INSEAD Business School.

As Global Chief of Staff at LHH, Laura directs the office of the Global President and leads crucial global projects. She ensures that complex initiatives align with the company’s vision, emphasizing measurable results and driving overall business growth.

Melanie leads LHH’s global Marketing function. With great depth of experience leading international marketing teams, she defines LHH’s marketing strategy to drive business growth, including brand, demand generation, and customer journeys. Her highly strategic mindset and empathic leadership help LHH to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients and candidates.

Aly currently serves as the Global Head of HR for LHH and Group SVP at The Adecco Group.

Leading a global HR team, she has driven significant organizational transformations, enhanced employee engagement, and championed diversity and inclusion across multiple cultures and countries.

JC Townend is the President of both LHH and our parent company, The Adecco Group, for UK and Ireland. A highly experienced chief executive and Board member, JC is passionate about transforming the world of work by making both employees and businesses more successful. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Brown University.
