Sourcing Specialist

Client Description:
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist for one of our clients. This is a temporary role with a 3 months renewable contract.
You will be coordinating with the Human Resources department in identifying qualified candidates for all the open positions. You will be conducting pre-screening activities to filter candidates apart from contacting passive candidates.
Moreover, you will have to maintain a complete database of candidates or update their details.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing online portfolios to select befitting candidates
- Using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Preparing recruiting and follow-up emails
- Coordinating with other hiring managers and HR professionals when required
- Contacting passive/past candidates for new job openings
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with ATS and other management software
- Basic understanding of social media networks primarily LinkedIn and Facebook and recruiting platforms.
- Detail-oriented and a critical thinker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Ability to multitask
- Impressive oral and written communication skills both in French and English
- Ability to work independently
