Responsibilities:


With guidance from the Senior Product/Marketing Manager, the Product/Marketing Specialist provides leadership across all functional areas of Climate EMEA business for HVAC & CR products. This includes driving profitable growth of the product and marketing roadmap, managing assigned product lines and the order/sales forecast associated with them, executing business plans and strategic marketing plans and programs, managing all aspects of job using 80/20 methodology, collecting/interpreting/evaluating internal & external marketing information to assist in establishing objectives/selecting courses of action/appraising & improving the effectiveness of marketing policies/programs/performance, and providing product support to Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, and assist their efforts to enter new markets. 


Major Responsibilities:


· Research and assess Market Sizing, Profitability, CAGR, and Key Trends for HVAC & CR markets through research, VOC, and seeking inputs from key internal stakeholders.


· Conduct comprehensive and detailed market analysis and compiles layers of in-depth analysis under limited supervision for existing and potential product lines


· Has in-depth competitor and market share understanding – assess the competitive landscape by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products


· Determine customers’ needs and desires by conducting VoC using a structured approach


· Develop value proposition, core messaging and positioning for defined product line(s)


· Work with the Marketing Team to create and maintain marketing plans, advertising and sales tools including brochures, product descriptions, application notes, web content, etc to drive products into the market and compiles metrics for management review to identify opportunities for improvement


· Conducts pricing analyses to help develop pricing strategies and support Engineering as first point of contact for custom RFQs. 


· Perform 80/20 analysis on products, customers, and markets to identify opportunities for focus and growth.


· Has in-depth understanding of product line P&L, Monitors and drives improvements into KPIs and profitability


· Deep understanding of cost and pricing as it relates to assigned product lines


· Liaison between Sr. PM and other cross-functional areas of the organization


· Support Sr. PM in crafting product roadmap strategies


· Manages product categories and order/sales forecasts associated with them.


· May provide technical guidance for the product catalog.


· May develop and maintain products in the organization's ERP system.


· Collaborates with team to develop bills of materials.


· Provides tactical support in all aspects of managing the product life cycle.


· Acquires and maintains a high degree of knowledge in each aspect of the business: financial, commercial and technical.


· Acquires an understanding of specific markets and industries which could become major users of HVAC/CR products. 


· Ensures the identification, analysis and recommendation of new product categories with growth potential not currently marketed by the company. 


· Continually evaluates competitive conditions, technical advances, and market potentials, recommending design changes to existing products. 



Candidate Profile:


· Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience in a similar role • MBA preferred.


· A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred; new product development experience, from inception to product introduction and full product lifecycle management is an advantage


· Experience with HVAC products is preferred


· Financial acumen to analyze financial results and new market opportunities 


· Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point are required.


· Strong team/project management, communications, and presentation skills



Office Location: Ciserano (BG)



Travel: Around 25%



Language: English (excellent written and verbal) a second European language would be an advantage
