Our client is one of the world's leaders in Legal Tech and we are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join its Customer Success team based in Milan, Italy.



Your role will be focused on overseeing the relationships of the company with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify their needs to promote our company’s solutions and maintain satisfaction.



The goal is to sustain and grow our business, achieve long-term success, and keep our users updated on the evolution of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of corporate lawyers around the world.



The candidate will also build customer relationships as an account manager – supporting users in their day-by-day work and helping to realize their full potential on tech suite. In addition to account management, he will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the customers into new opportunities to improve products, services, processes, and tools.



Responsibilities:


• 7 or more years of proven related experience in SaaS companies


• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle: identification of up-selling / cross-selling opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders and negotiation


• Demonstrated track record of success in account management or management consulting roles.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply


• Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.


• Computer skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira)


• Interested in new technologies, the capable internet user


• Fluency in Italian and English


• Energetic and Positive attitude



Candidate Profile:


- Learn and understand the specificity of each of your clients to best tailor your relationship and properly advise customers as their main contact point



- Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of customers to expand the business and consistently meet/exceed quarterly target



- Enable customers to learn and master the Suite, so they may become self-sufficient in handling their digital legal processes and performance efficiently



- Track and report business development results, analyse data, and interpret information related to your portfolio of customers



- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets and strategically collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments.
