Opporftunity I'm currently looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager for an international company specialized within the pharmaceutical Industry. The company is a research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical group active in global markets. Responsibilities
  • Carry out reports on marketing and sales data (sales, competitors, market and sales force activity) that will allow correct tracking, analysis and adjustment of commercial activity
  • Process and statistical treatment of sales data. Generate accurate sales reports according to indications.
  • Tracking of competitors and market sales data verifying their reliability and drawing up the necessary aggregate analysis (market, area, products, etc.) in accordance with the agreed specifications
  • Drive and foster usage of the Global CRM system as well as any other related reporting solutions
  • Participate in the election of CRM system and proactively propose improvements and necessary changes to the existing one global CRM and of globally / regionally available reports, according to the local company needs
  • As a CRM super-user: monitoring/controlling the use of the CRM system; preparing of reports on sales force activity
  • Support and advice Business Unit Directors in shaping the most effective field tactics and initiatives
  • Commercial incentives calculation in accordance with approved schemes
  • Participate in the calculation of quotas for sales representative
Skills
  • Business Degree with at least 5 years of related experience
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong Analytical skills
