This Privacy Choices Notice is intended for a United States audience and supplements our USA Privacy Notice . It informs you of the rights you can exercise in relation to your personal information, including information that may be collected from your online activity, use of devices, and interactions with LHH.

Your personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by LHH for purposes of managing your relationship with LHH and to better serve you by personalizing your experience and interaction with us.

LHH will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on our site(s) may no longer be available to you with some restricted settings.

  • A right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, share, sell, or otherwise process about you; the categories of sources of such information; the purposes for processing your personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom we disclose your personal information.

  • A right to delete the personal information that we collect or otherwise process from you (with specified exceptions for operational and legal necessity).

  • A right to update, amend, correct, or rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal information we maintain about you.

  • A right to ask us to transfer your personal information to another business.

  • A right to obtain information about financial incentives that we offer to you, if any.


We do not sell your personal data in the conventional sense. However, like many companies, we may use analytics services that are intended to analyze your interactions with our website, based on information obtained from cookies or other trackers, including for delivering interest-based content to you.

How do I limit the use of my sensitive personal information?


Under CPRA "Sensitive personal Information" means any personal information that reveals:


  • a consumer's social security, driver's license, state identification card, or passport number;

  • a consumer's account log-In, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account;

  • a consumer's precise geolocation;

  • a consumer's racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership;

  • the contents of a consumer's mall, email and text messages, unless the business Is the intended recipient of the communication;

  • a consumer's genetic data; and

  • the processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer;

  • personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer's health; or

  • personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer's sex life or sexual orientation.

Sensitive personal information that is "publicly available" is not be considered sensitive personal information or personal information.


In limited instances where strictly necessary, LHH may process sensitive personal information to provide its services, for product research and development, for authentication, for integrity, security, and safety reasons, for legal reasons, and with your consent. LHH does not use or disclose sensitive personal information (as defined under CCPA) for purposes of inferring characteristics about a consumer, or in any way that would require LHH to provide a right to limit under the CCPA.


Instructions on how to limit additional potential uses of sensitive personal information can be found below:


  • Specific location data


    In some situations, LHH collects and uses specific location data (such as your location when you use our online map to locate our office).

    • To limit the collection of specific location data you share with your computer or other device, please see the following information:

        1. Swipe down from the top of your device’s screen.

        2. Touch and hold down the Location icon.

        3. Go to App permissions.

        4. Scroll down to find the LHH app.

        5. Tap the app and select “Don’t allow”.

        6. To allow approximate location but not precise location, instead, toggle off the switch next to “Precise geolocation”.


      • Apple

        1. Go to your device’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

        2. Make sure that Location Services is on.

        3. Scroll down to find the LHH app.

        4. Tap the app and select “Never”.

        5. To allow approximate location but not precise location, instead, toggle off the switch next to “Precise Location”.


  • Equal Employment Opportunity/Demographic Data


    • LHH collects demographic data as part of our commitment to inclusivity and fairness. You may share the following categories of data for this (entirely at your option):

      • Age (Birth year)

      • Race & Ethnicity

      • Gender

      • Disability status

      • LGBTQ+ Community Membership

      • Arrest or conviction history
